Property ownership, as well as building maintenance or construction knowledge are also definitely a plus.
The responsibilities for a Property Manager Position include.
· Client communication in the form of email, text, & personal calls, updating clients on vacancy
· Providing assessments and recommendations on maintenance issues and obtaining clients’ approval status and other anomalies
· Perform market analysis & recommending rental pricing
· Understanding the client accounting statement and making entries as needed.
· Performing periodic property inspections and providing status reports
· Understanding & executing lease agreements & renewals
· Addressing lease enforcement issues
· Performing move-in inspections & move-out inspections
· Coordinating maintenance work with appropriate vendors to ensure property readiness
· Coordinate tenant services & maintain positive relationship with our occupants
